Below information might assist in determining whether you have any tyres affected by the recall program. Contact information is listed below, should you have any questions that are not addressed here.
Please check the tyre brand (Continental and General Tire), product line, size and DOT serial number of your tyres. The affected tyre sizes are Continental ContiSportContact 5 SUV AO 255/45R20 101W and General Tire Grabber AT3 LT265/75R16 123/120S.
The affected article description and DOT serial numbers are as follows:

The last four digits of the DOT serial numbers indicate the production period (week/year). Tyres produced in calendar weeks 06 2020 (Continental) and 17 2018 (General Tire) are covered by this voluntary recall program (depending on tyre size, please see above).
The specified Continental tyre was sold from April 2020 and the General Tire tyre from June 2018.
No other tyre sizes, production periods or product lines are affected.

To confirm whether tyres are affected, they need to bear the DOT Serial in combination with the Date Code and Mould Number. This information can be found on the sidewall of the tyre.

Through our investigations, it has been determined that these tyres have been subjected to a non-conforming production process.
The impacted tyres may experience sudden air loss or belt edge separation which could lead to partial or full tread loss.
Continental has determined that 43 Continental ContiSportContact 5 SUV AO tyres may be affected and 304 General Tire Grabber AT3 may be affected. The affected tyres are only in the tyres sizes, featuring the specified DOT Serial, Date Code and Mould Number outlined above.
Any and all affected tyres will be replaced at no charge to the consumer.
The voluntary recall program is being initiated to avoid any potential risk to vehicle drivers and other road-users.
No other Continental or General Tire product is affected, nor are any of the above mentioned tyres in any other size, that do not bear the specified DOT Serial, Date Code or Mould Number.
Continental has not received any reports of injuries or accidents resulting from this condition.
