Continental and Tyremax announce Truck & Bus Tyre Distribution Cooperation Agreement

• A new partnership between Continental and Tyremax

• Tyremax to take on the distribution for the Continental Truck and Bus tyres

Melbourne, March 2020. A new partnership is about to emerge between tyre manufacturer Continental and wholesaler Tyremax. Effective April 1st, 2020 Continental will partner with Tyremax to take on the distribution of the Continental branded Truck and Bus product range in Australia.

The cooperation will lead to some great benefits for both brands, including the availability of Continental’s premium Truck and Bus range through Tyremax’s leading distribution and delivery network. Tyremax will also provide all other facets of the service in relation to product warehousing, ordering, sales, logistics and technical support. It is due to this extensive experience in warehousing and distribution of tyres throughout Australia where Continental believes significant enhancements will be brought to the table by Tyremax for the Truck and Bus tyre range, all backed by continued support from Continental.

Continental remains the brand owner for the Continental brand in Australia and will continue to work with their extensive network of retail and distribution partners across their other two Australian tyre divisions, Passenger and Light Commercial Tyres (PLT) and Commercial Specialty Tyres (CST).
